Beautiful juicy aromas of blueberries, raspberries, Provencal herbs,...
Beautiful medium full-bodied with an elegant aftertaste. Very juicy and woven.
A pleasure to drink!
The Languedoc-Roussillon is after the Spanish La Mancha the largest wine growing area in the world.
In the Languedoc there are a number of better cru's such as Saint-Chinian and Pic-St.-Loup, which are sold as Appellation Controlée Protégée (AOP).
The wine law for the AOP wines in Languedoc and Roussillon only allows grape varieties that were traditionally planted there. Many well-known varieties from other wine regions, such as Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, have been planted there in recent decades. These varieties produce excellent wines here.
